Why are license agreements so frequently printed in ALL CAPS? Is it to encourage us not to really read them, or perhaps to TRUMPET THE IMPORTANCE OF THE COMPANY AND REMIND YOU, THE USER HERETOFORE MENTIONED, THAT YOU ARE MINISCULE IN COMPARISON AND SHOULD JUST SUBMIT TO THEIR GLOBAL DOMINATION? LimeWire, which I'm showing here, isn't the best example (they're a pretty small group), but can we think of some others, perhaps?
