Halloween costumes, pumpkins, n'at

This Halloween was the first year my carved pumpkins resembled something more than vacuous blobs. Aushra, Chris, Mark, and I are pretty proud of our Bert and Ernie jack-o-lanterns. Meanwhile, we donned our costumes: Chris as Pink Floyd, Aushra as the Internet (a series of tubes), and me as the guy from the game "Operation" complete with a buzzer/light circuit. Check out the Flickr Halloween set for more pics.

About
Moira Burke

Psst! This is the blog of Moira Burke, a Ph.D. student in the HCI Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.

Rife with derivative pop culture blather, this site occasionally features thoughts on social psychology, usability, aesthetics, and the general meanderings of someone figuring out the meaning of life. Won't you help me find it?
